What is the delivery time of my home battery?
We try to deliver your home battery within a week. It may also happen that the transport company is very busy, which means the delivery will be later. Unfortunately, Home of Batteries has no influence on this. In that case you can contact us.
What if my product arrived damaged or defective?
Is your product delivered damaged, is it technically defective, or have you received something incorrectly? We can exchange or repair the product for you. If there is visible damage or an incorrectly delivered product, please inform us within 3 days. In case of invisible damage, please inform us within 7 days.
What about the warranty of my product?
Every product you buy from the webshop comes with a warranty. This concerns product warranty from the manufacturer. We can assist you in the event that your product has suffered a defect or damage and you wish to contact the manufacturer.
How does the VAT service work?
If you do not want to arrange the VAT refund yourself, you can contact us. You can click a check box during checkout so that the VAT service is also included immediately. After payment has been made, you will receive an email from us indicating exactly what needs to be filled in to reclaim the VAT for you.
